iHub guided tours are free of charge and available in Cantonese, English and Putonghua. Groups of 10 or more are welcome to make a tour reservation. We also offer walk-in sessions to visitors without booking. Subject to the operation needs, walk-in sessions can be adjusted without prior notice. Please contact us in advance to inquire about the availability of walk-in sessions.

Notes for Application

  1. Bookings can be made 5 to 60 days prior to the scheduled visit date.
  2. For iHub guided tours, the minimum number of participants is 10, and the maximum is 100 per time slot. Tours with more than 30 participants will be divided into groups.
  3. For CITAC, CIC – Zero Carbon Park and MiC Resources Centre guided tours, the minimum number of participants is 10, and the maximum is 30.
  4. All bookings are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. A confirmation email will be sent to the applicant once the booking is confirmed.
  5. Failure to provide sufficient or accurate information may affect the processing time and outcome of the application.
  6. The CIC reserves the right to approve or reject any application.
  7. Applicants wishing to cancel or change a confirmed booking may contact us via WhatsApp at 6156 0414 or by email to ihub@cic.hk.
  8. Visitors should arrive at the designated assembly point 15 minutes before the tour starts.
  9. Before the tour begins, each visitor aged 12 or above must register at the reception of the assembly point. Visitors are reminded to bring their own smartphones or other mobile devices to complete the online registration process. For visitors without a personal mobile device, a physical registration form will be available.
  10. The use of public transport is encouraged. Parking for persons with disabilities and Rehabus can be arranged in advance, subject to availability.
  11. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
  12. For safety reasons and to avoid injuries, visitors must comply with all posted notices and follow all directions or requests made by CIC staff. Please show common courtesy and refrain from using profanity or engaging in unsafe, illegal, or offensive behaviour during visits.
  13. Representatives are responsible for the behaviour and safety of their visiting groups throughout the visit.
